Freight Handling

Mid States Exposition Services, Inc. will put your mind at ease by working with you on the transportation of your event equipment / materials. Many venues are not equipped to handle and store your materials before the show. Mid States Exposition Services, Inc. has the personnel and warehouse space to assist you before, during and after your event.

We can assist you by:

Receiving and storing your shipment(s) up to 30 days prior to the setup of the event
Track your shipment prior to delivery at our warehouse
Notification that your shipment has arrived at our warehouse
Having your materials in your booth prior to your arrival
Remove, store and return empty crates and boxes for your outbound shipments
Arrange for the outbound carrier of your choice to pick up and forward your materials as per your request
On-site customer service personnel to assist you with outbound shipping documents
Notification that your shipment was picked up by the carrier along with your tracking numbers
